Idealan za profesionalce u ugostiteljstvu, ovaj set noževa s kuharskim nožem 215 mm i futrolom sastoji se od proizvoda Victorinox, Vogue i Hygiplas. Set uključuje kuharski nož Victorinox od 21,5 cm, nož za filetiranje ribe Victorinox od 15 cm, nož za kosti Victorinox od 12,5 cm, nož za pariranje Hygiplas od 7,5 cm, lopaticu Hygiplas od 20,5 cm, fuzil Vogue od 25,5 cm, guljač za povrće Victorinox i futrolu za nož Victorinox od najlona.

Noževi Victorinox izrađeni su od visokougljičnog čelika s kaljenom oštricom za dugotrajnu oštrinu. Za siguran hvat i sigurno rezanje, noževi Victorinox imaju lagane fibrox ručke s protukliznim svojstvima. Noževi Hygiplas izrađeni su s trajnim oštricama od nehrđajućeg čelika i ručkama od udarne čvrstoće najlona. Fuzil Vogue srednje granulacije ima dodatni sloj tvrdog kroma koji pruža veću otpornost na trošenje. Ručka od lijevanog plastike je lagana i udobna te omogućuje potpunu kontrolu prilikom mijenjanja kuta brušenja.
